Credits and Payments

Payment for credits is processed through a secure payment gateway, and users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method is valid and authorized.

Non-Refundable: All credits purchased are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they will be applied to your account and are non-transferable. Please ensure that you are using the correct account before making any purchase.

Expiration of Credits: Credits may have an expiration date, which will be indicated in your account. Unused credits may expire after a certain period, and we do not guarantee the ability to carry over unused credits beyond that date.
